Saut Ed Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 4 medium zucchini (1 lb), cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices (4 cups) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cloves garlic, chopped Preparation In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, salt and pepper. Cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until zucchini is golden brown and tender.
