Sauerkraut Soup Recipe
Ingredients 1.5lbs. Small red potatoes. 3/4 lb. Baby carrots. 1 Large yellow onion. 1 lb. Sauerkraut (prefer glass jar kraut) 1 lb. Light sour cream. 1/2 lb. Plain yogurt. 6 cups Vegetable stock or water. (add less for thicker consistency) 1.5 lb. Kielbasa, pre-cooked (or other pre-cooked Brat/Kielbasa) Preparation Wash and large chop potatoes.
