Ingredients
1 28 oz can tomatoes, mashed
1 4 oz can chopped green chiles
2 tbsp minced dried onions
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano, crushed
2-3 drops red wine vinegar
Preparation
Mix together. Refrigerate to blend flavors. For extra hot, add 2-3 jalapeno peppers, chopped.
