Ingredients
5-6 Roma tomatoes (or 2-3 large)
white onion
cilantro
jalapeno (or serrano) pepper
fresh lime juice
sea salt
Preparation
Per Rosa, first chop jalapeno peppers and add to small bowl with freshly squeezed juice of one lime. Set aside while chopping/assembling the rest. Tomato to onion ratio around 2 to 1 (tomato to onion) but all amounts are to taste.
