Ingredients

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4-6 thinly sliced prosciutto

4-6 slices of fontina cheese

1-3 (or more) cloves garlic, chopped

Butter, flour, salt/pepper

Preparation

Debone and clean breasts, pound flat with mallet.

Dip in flour to cover all surfaces

Melt butter in pan saute garlic, set aside.

Brown chicken breasts in butter, add more if necessary.

Place chicken on cookie sheet, spoon some garlic on top, place slice of prosciutto and fontina on top of chicken.

Place in oven until cheese is melted about 20 min.
