Ingredients
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup white miso(fermented soybean paste)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
4 1/2 tsp. red chili paste (sambal oelek)
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Use about 1/4 cup of mixture for each pound of chicken,pork chops,and or steak. Brush on before grilling and again when you flip the meat/poultry halfway through grilling time.
