Ingredients
3 sticks of butter, softened
3 cups of sugar
6 eggs
3 cups of flour
3 tsps of lemon extract
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of 7-Up
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream the butter and sugar in a large bowl until well mixed. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in between. Add the flour, lemon extract, sour cream, and 7 Up. Mix well. Spoon mixture into a 10-inch tube pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done with a wooden toothpick inserted and comes out clean.
