Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 stick butter, cold and chopped into pieces
Box of brownie mix
1 cup coconut, toasted
11 oz bag of caramels
1/2 pound dark chocolate candy coating
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut butter, sugar, and flour together until dough forms. Pat evenly into bottom of a pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
Place pan in fridge to cool for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare brownies. Once crust is cooled, spread brownies on top and bake according to package bake time.
Melt caramels in microwave. Stir in toasted coconut and spread over brownies. Place in fridge to chill.
Once chilled, cut into squares. Melt candy coating and dip bottom of brownie into chocolate. Drizzle remaining chocolate on top.
