Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Brandy

1/4 oz Sandeman Tawny Port

3 1/2 oz Milk

3/4 oz Cream

1/4 oz Sugar Syrup

1 Egg Yolk

Nutmeg

Preparation

Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes. Sprinkle with nutmeg .
