Ingredients

1 Lb Italian Sausage

4 cloves garlic

2 tbs olive oil

2 cans tomatoes diced

1 can tomato puree

2 cans tomato paste

1 tsp salt

3 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp basil chopped

1 tsp fennel

1 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

1 tsp parsley

Preparation

Brown sausage in olive oil, add garlic anc saute. (15 mintues) set aside. add tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Add sugar and baking powder. Add meatballs, seasonings and partially cooked sausage and simmer for 3 hours.
