Ingredients
Tomatoes
Whole Garlic Cloves (about one garlic bulb’s worth of cloves for two cookie pans of tomatoes)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Slice tomatoes into 1/2" slices. Lay out on foil-covered baking sheet. Brush with Olive Oil and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper. Peel whole garlic cloves and place inside foil pouch and fold closed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until tomatoes are soft and cooked but not dried out. Blend tomatoes & garlic very quickly in food processor.
