Ingredients

1 granny smith apple, diced

1 pear, diced

1 peach, diced

1/4 cup rum

2-1/2 cups dry red wine

1/2 cup superfine sugar

juice of 1 lemon

juice of 2 limes

1 cup fresh orange juice

1 cup seltzer

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Put apple, pear, and peach in a pitcher, pour brandy and rum over the fruit. Let sit 15 minutes, then add wine refrigerate 2 hours.

  2. Stir in superfine sugar, lemon, orange & lime juice, seltzer, and cinnamon.

  3. Fill pop molds w/mixture, insert sticks, freeze for 12 hours.

  4. Remove freezer, let stand room temperature 5 minutes before mold removal.
