Ingredients

3 medium tomatoes, peeled and seeded

1/2 orange, juiced

1 lime, juiced

1/2 small onion, chopped

1/2 tsp. serano pepper (or to taste)

1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. celery salt

1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Preparation

Puree all ingredients in a blender liquified.

Sangrita is part of the Mexican “bandera,” or flag– three shot glasses are served side by side; first, sip from a shot of fresh-squeezed lime juice. Next, tkae a sip of good tequila, and last, a sip of the sangrita. Delicious.
