Ingredients

1/3 C sugar

1/4 C butter (softened)

1 egg

2 C all-purpose flour

1 T plus 1 tsp baking powder

1/2 salt

1 C milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 C blueberries

Streusel topping:

1/2 C sugar

1/3 C all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 C butter, softened

cut butter into combined dry ingred until resembles crumbs

Preparation

Combine sugar and butter, cream ntil light and fluffy. Add egg, beating well. Combine flour, b. powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, stirring well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and then fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkel streusel on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
