cups toasted oat bran cereal

cup multigrain cluster cereal

cup chopped pecans

teaspoon ground allspice

teaspoon salt

cup honey

1/2

cup butter

1

cup jumbo red raisins

Preparation

Heat oven to 250°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray; line pan with foil. In large bowl, mix cereals, pecans, allspice and salt.

In small saucepan, cook honey and butter over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted and mixture is blended and smooth.

Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture, stirring to coat. Spread in single layer in pan.

Bake 55 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in raisins; bake 5 minutes longer. Spread immediately on waxed paper; cool 20 minutes. Store tightly covered at room temperature up to 1 week.
