Ingredients
6 large potato – sliced
1 lb beef – cubed
3 large onion – sliced
2 cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon cardamom – Habahan
salt and pepper
Preparation
Cut the beef and saute in a baking tray.
Add the other ingredients and bring to a boil. Then simmer till the potato and the meat are tender.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour or till the top browns well.
