Ingredients
2 sticks of margarine (vegan)
1 ½ packed cups brown sugar
3-4 tablespoons vanilla
2 ¾ cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½-1 teaspoon salt
Chocolate chips to taste (about 3/4s of a bag)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix margarine and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Consistency should be stiff.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Spoon out onto 2 cookie trays (12 larger cookies per tray or up to 30 smaller cookies).
- Bake for around 10 minutes, until slightly brown (will cook more as cooling down, so take them out before they look totally done).
