Ingredients

1 Cup Flour

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Old Fashoned Rolled Oats

1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 Cup Dee’s Cereal/optional but suggested(www.deescereal.com)

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Cup Water

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

2 Eggs

Preparation

Pre-heat pancake grill to 350 degrees.

Put all Dry Ingredents together in a bowl and mix well!

Put all wet ingredents together in a seperate bowl, beat with a fork or wire whip to blend the eggs.

Add dry ingredents to wet and mix just long enough to moisten ingredents.

spoon or pour onto hot grill I like to use a gravey laddle to control the size for smaller pancakes.

let cook for about a minute and a half turn over. cook for another minute and a half until done. because tempetures of grills can vary adjust time so the middle of pancake is done.

pancakes are best if you only turn them once, light and fluffy is best. Do not pat down.
