iceberg Lettuce
red onion
frozen peas
Swiss cheese
Mayonaise
Preparation
First layer - iceberg lettuce cut in small chunks. Spread with several spoonsfuls of mayonaise
Second layer - thinly sliced sweet red onion slightly sugared
Third layer - frozen peas (unthawed)
Fourth Layer - shredded Swiss cheese.
Repeat layers Let stand 1 1/2 to 2 hours. sprinkle cumbled crisp bacon on top.
