Ingredients

salad greens, spinach, romain

polish sausage, sliced

rotini pasta, cooked and cooled

cherry tomatoes, halved

pineapple chunks, 1-2 lg cans

2 cucumbers, seeded, chunked

A good herb dressing

1-11/2 C Parmesan cheese, we use dry but fresh graded could be used too

Preparation

  1. cook pasta, rinse in cold water and set aside.
  2. boil sausage to rid it of some of the fat content, cool and slice on the diagonal
  3. In a large metal bowl, place salad greens, including spinach and/or romain lettuce.

Add: tomato halves, pineapple and cucumber chunks, saugage and pasta, mix all together

Add: herb dressing and parmesan cheese. Mix again till all of salad is well coated. Enjoy!
