Ingredients

2 Lbs shrimp, scallops or white fish such as cod. Or a combination of the three.

1 cup diced ripe heirloom tomatoes

1 cup diced green pepper

3 tbs chopped shallot

2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp ground cumin

2 Tbs Crystal or Sriracha hot sauce. NO TABASCO

Juice of one lemon and one lime

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate over night. Stirring frequently. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
