4 TSP CORN OIL

2 TSP SESAME OIL

1/4 CUP MINCED ONION

2 TBS. MINCED GARLIC

1 TSP. MINCED FRESH GINGER

1 TBS. RED WINE VINEGAR

1 TBS BROWN SUGAR

1/3 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER

1/2 TSP GROUND CORIANDER

3 TBS. KETCHUP

3 TBS. SOY SAUCE

1 TBS. LIME JUICE 1/2 TSP. PEPPER

DASH OF TOBASCO

1/3-1/2 CUP HOT WATER

OPTIONAL 1/2 TSP OF TUMERIC FOR COLOR

Preparation

HEAT THE CORN OIL AND SESAME OIL IN A SMALL SAUCE PAN. aDD TEH ONION GINGER AND GARLIC AND SAUTE OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL SOFTENED. aDD THE VINEGER AND SUGER AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH, OR COMBINE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR.
