Ingredients
1 T finely chopped garlic
1 T finely chopped peeled fresh ginger root
2 t light soy sauce
1 T dark soy sauce
2 1/2 T sesame paste or peanut butter
1 T sesame oil
1 T white rice vinegar
2 t chili oil
2 T granulated sugar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl or blender. Pour over prepared noodles and add vegetable garnishes.
