1/2 Cup Jalepeno Jelly
2 Cloves Garlic
1T Lime Zest
2 Scallions
1/2 Cup Cilantro
Jalepeno optional
Preparation
whirl ingredients in food processor. Reserve 1/4 C for later. Cook remaining mixture for a few minutes and add 2T butter. Brush on both sides of salmon. Place fish presentation side down or skin side up-turn only once. Make foil boats for salmon and cook on the grill.
