cup chopped onion

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, undrained

Salt and pepper

teaspoon sugar

jar (7 oz) roasted red bell peppers, chopped, drained

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, heat oil and onion over medium heat 1 minute.

Add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sugar and roasted peppers. Cook 4 minutes, crushing tomatoes with back of wooden spoon and stirring occasionally.
