Ingredients
2 16 oz. packages reg. or hot sausage
4 cups shredded cheddar
1 3/4 cup bisquick
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dipping sauce
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well with hands. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange meatballs on 2 ungresed 15 x 10 inch baking pans. Bake uncovered at 375 for 15 minutes until golden. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Dipping sauce Combine sauce ingredients and cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
