Ingredients

8 oz smoked Turkey sausage sliced, 2 slices bacon diced

1 medium onin chopped

1 tsp garlic minced

6 cups chicken broth

3 medium potatoes chopped

8-10 cups of kale stems removed

Preparation

  1. Heat 5 qt pot over medium heat and add sausage and saute’ 5 minutes.
  2. add onion, garlic saute’ for 3 minutes until soft. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  3. add potatoes, and kale, simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
