                        can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust

1/2

cup pizza sauce

2

cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

4

oz bulk Italian pork sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled (1/2 cup)

1/3

cup pepperoni slices

1/3

cup matchstick pieces green bell pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. Grease large cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough into 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.

Spread sauce over partially baked crust; top with 1 cup of the cheese. Top with sausage, pepperoni and bell pepper. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
