Ingredients

3 cups bisquick

1.50 pounds sausage (hot or mild), room temperature

12 ounces (3 cups) finely grated medium sharp cheddar cheese (room temperature)

Preparation

Mix Bisquick, sausage and cheese. Rolled rounded teaspoonful of dough into ball. Makes about 100 biscuits. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve warm.
