Ingredients
1lb hot sausage (Jimmy Dean or similar)
1lb sharp cheddar cheese, graded
2 C Bisquick
Preparation
Use sausage at room temperature. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form into small balls (about 1 inch) and bake at 400 for 10 min. or brown. Drain and serve warm.
