Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1# hot sausage

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

2 3/4 cup biscuit mix

2 drops tobasco sauce

1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix all ingredients and roll into balls using 1 tsp. per ball. place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 1–12 minutes.

Re-heat in a 350 degree oven untin warmed through.
