Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage
1 lb shredded cheese (I use colby)
3 cups Bisquick
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 Mix all ingredients together, until Bisquick is moist, and it all sticks together in a large ball. Roll mixture into small (bitesize) balls about the size of a “jacks” ball. place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted, and they are golden brown
