1 lb Sweet Sausage
1lb Hot Sausage
1 Green Pepper - chopped
1 med. onion - chopped
1 can (29 oz) italian tomatoes undrained, chop
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
Salt & Pepper
1 lb Ziti
1 lb mozarella (sub 2/3 jack 1/3 mozz mix)
Grated Parmesean Cheese
Preparation
Remove sausage from casing and brown it add green pepper & onion -saute 5 min Stir in tomatoes, sause, & paste Simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 min Cook Ziti - ardent & drain Layer ziti, cheese, & meat sauce in 13X9 pan Sprinkle in parmesean Bake at 400 F for 25 min, until bubbly
