Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of Olive oil

Salt

Black Pepper

Sausage Casserole Seasoning

Beef Stock

1 x Chopped Onion

3 x Garlic Cloves

2 x Caspium Peppers

1 x small tub of brown mushrooms

4 x sliced Carrots

1 x tub of off the Vine small tomatoes

4 x Potatoes

6 x beef sausages

4 bits of pancetta sausage chopped into small bits

1/2 Chorizo Sausage

Preparation

  • Boil the potatoes until half cooked

  • Fry the onions and garlic and add the sausgages until browned with the Chorizo and Pancetta

  • Fry / grill the remaining vegetables seperately until half cooked

  • add the Olive oil to the caeesrole dish

  • Cut the potatoes into thick slices

  • layer the casserole dish with the potatoes, then the meat, then the vegetables, then again, the potatoes, meat, and vegetables. (seasoning with salt and sausage seasoning while going along)

  • Add one can of chopped tomatoes

  • Add the beef stock

  • Turn the oven to 180 degrees celsius and place the lid on the casserole dish in the oven and let it bake for about an hour and 15 minutes
