Ingredients
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Sausage Casserole Seasoning
Beef Stock
1 x Chopped Onion
3 x Garlic Cloves
2 x Caspium Peppers
1 x small tub of brown mushrooms
4 x sliced Carrots
1 x tub of off the Vine small tomatoes
4 x Potatoes
6 x beef sausages
4 bits of pancetta sausage chopped into small bits
1/2 Chorizo Sausage
Preparation
Boil the potatoes until half cooked
Fry the onions and garlic and add the sausgages until browned with the Chorizo and Pancetta
Fry / grill the remaining vegetables seperately until half cooked
add the Olive oil to the caeesrole dish
Cut the potatoes into thick slices
layer the casserole dish with the potatoes, then the meat, then the vegetables, then again, the potatoes, meat, and vegetables. (seasoning with salt and sausage seasoning while going along)
Add one can of chopped tomatoes
Add the beef stock
Turn the oven to 180 degrees celsius and place the lid on the casserole dish in the oven and let it bake for about an hour and 15 minutes
