Ingredients
3 lb. sausage
5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
mushrooms
1/2 C flour
1 1/2 C milk
3 T butter
10 oz grated cheddar
Preparation
Brown sausage crumbled. Drain on paper towel. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish Placed sliced eggs on top of sausage. Cover with mushrooms. Make cheese sauce with remain. ingred. and cover sausage. Bake 30 min at 350
