Ingredients
2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 lb. sausage cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven 400
Stir biscuit mix, milk and butter to form dough.
Refrigerate 30 min.
Roll out onto lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick (about 10x7)
Sprinkle sausage over and then sprinkle cheese over that.
Roll lengthwise into long roll.
Place in freezer until easy to cut.
Slice pinwheels about 1 inch thick and place on greased baking sheet.
Bake 15 min. or until golden.
Serve hot and refrigerate leftovers.
