Ingredients
1/2 C butter
1 C water
1 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
1.5 lb hot sausage, cooked
1 tsp rosemary
Preparation
Bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour and salt when boiling. Stir fast with a wooden spoon until dough is smooth. Remove from heat, place in mixer, and add eggs one at a time. Add cooked sausage and rosemary. Place in 1 tsp-sized balls on Silpat mat and freeze, or bake immediately at 375 degrees until brown.
