Ingredients

1 deep-shell pie dish

1 lb hot sausage.

4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained

½ cup chopped onion

¼ cup chopped bell pepper and 1/8 tsp salt.

Preparation

Cook 1 deep-shell pie dish and cool.

Brown 1 lb hot sausage.

Add: 4 oz sliced mushrooms, drained ½ cup chopped onion ¼ cup chopped bell pepper and 1/8 tsp salt.

Mix all above. Add to cooked pie shell.

Sprinkle 1½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the top.

Mix 2 eggs and 1 cup milk and pour over pie.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Cook 50 min at 325 degrees.
