Ingredients
Package Brown n Serve sausages (freezer section) - I use original, they do have turkey
Package buttermilk biscuits
Italian seasoning
Parmesan cheese
Margarine/butter
Preparation
Mix teaspoon of Italian seasoning with ½ c. of cheese
Roll out biscuit - basically flatten it out a bit, sprinkle a bit of cheese/spice mixture on biscuit, place frozen sausage on biscuit & roll up. Seal biscuit with butter/margarine.
I cut the biscuit/sausage in half so you have bite size rolls.
Place on cookie sheet seam down - bake at temp/time per stated on biscuit package
Impale with toothpick and serve!
