Ingredients

1 lb Sausage

1 pkg sliced mushrooms

2 T grated parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 t rosemary

1 t cayenne pepper

2 8-oz pkg crescent rolls

1 egg white, slightly beaten

Grated parmesan

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook sausage ’til crumbly. Add mushrooms, then stir parmesan, garlic, rosemary and cayenne.
  3. Place heaping spoonful of mix in center of each crescent roll (as much as you can fit), and roll up. Brush tops with beaten egg white, and sprinkle lightly with additional parmesan. Bake 20 minutes until crust is golden.
