Ingredients

2 Cups Stove Top Suffing Mix for Chicken

1 Cup Hot water

30 Large Mushrooms

3 T butter

1/2 red pepper-Chopped

1/2 yellow pepper-Chopped

12 Green Onions-Chopped

1/2 lb pork sausage

1 t. sage

1/2 t. sugar

Preparation

Preheat broiler-Mix Stuffing and water, cover and let stand. Cook stems of mushrooms, peppers, green onions til tender. Cook sausage and crumble. Put mushroom caps in large skillet with cover and cook slow with 2 T. butter til tender. Stir the peppers, onion and sausage into the stuffing mix. Spoon into mushroom caps. Place in oven under broiler for about 5 minutes til heated through.
