Ingredients
1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage with sage
1 small minced onion
1/2 c. white wine worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
1 pound large musrooms
Preparation
Brush clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop and set aside stems. Lightly cook crumbled sausage in non-stick pan. Drain well. Add chopped stems and remaining ingredients to sausage. Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Bake in non-stick pan 12 min. at 400 degrees F. Serve warm. May be topped with grated paremesan cheese for last 2 min. of baking time as an option.
