Ingredients

1lb Italian sausage

2 cups water

2 cups cabbage, chopped

14-15 oz Italian stewed tomatoes, not drained

14-15 oz beef broth

14-15 oz condensed french onion soup

1 box cheese tortellini

Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Brown sausage in medium saucepan and add rest of above ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered about 8 minutes.

Stir in 9oz refrigerated or frozen tortellini and cook for an additional 7-9 minutes until pasta is tender.

Serve in bowl and sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese.
