oz bulk pork sausage

cup maple-flavored syrup

tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

teaspoon ground cinnamon

medium apple

pancakes from 1 box (16.4 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Buttermilk Pancakes (12 Count)
Preparation
Heat closed contact grill 5 minutes. Meanwhile, shape sausage into 2 patties.
In 2-cup glass measuring cup, mix syrup, butter and cinnamon. Core and slice apple.
When grill is heated, place sausage patties on lower part of grill surface and apple slices on upper part of grill; close grill. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink in center.
Meanwhile, microwave syrup mixture on High 45 to 60 seconds or until heated; set aside. Microwave pancakes as directed on box.
Place sausage patties on serving plates. Stir apple slices into syrup mixture. Arrange 3 pancakes on each plate with sausage. Spoon apples with syrup over pancakes.
