Ingredients

Brie cheese [Approximately 4"W x 6"L x 1"H]

1 large Diver Scallop [Approximately 2" across & 1" thick]

4-6 small shrimp, pre-cooked

1 Tbs Brandy

Oil

Preparation

Sauté Scallop in a small amount of oil until seared on both sides and cooked through. Place Scallop in center of a medium-sized ovenproof plate and place Shrimp around Scallop. Drizzle brandy over Scallop and Shrimp. Cover Scallop and Shrimp with Brie. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers.
