Ingredients
1 Fresh Swordfish Steak (Serves 2)
1 Bell Pepper (Preferably Yellow)
1 Jalapeño Pepper
1 tbls. Dill Weed
Salt and Pepper
1 tbls. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Preparation
Julienne the Bell Pepper and the Jalapeño Pepper, season with salt and pepper.
Season Swordfish Fillet with salt and pepper.
Add oil to a 10 inch non-stick pan
Add Bell Pepper and Jalapeño and sauté for two minutes.
Before adding the Swordfish, add lemon to the skillet. This will increase browning, while adding fresh flavors.
Place the Swordfish on top of the peppers and add the dill to the fish.
Cooking time about 8 minutes
