Ingredients
6 tbsp good olive oil
1.5lb button mushrooms
2 tbsp unsalted butter
salt & pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1.5 tsp ea, fresh thyme and lemon juice
half cup dry white wine
1 tbsp chopped flat parsely
Preparation
Heat skillet and add olive oil. When hot sprinkle in mushrooms and sear them until they carmalize, 2 minutes. Drain any excess oil, then and butter. Once browned add garlic, salt and pepper. When garlic is brown add wine and simmer until glazed. Add parsey and serive
