Ingredients
4 strips of Bacon
3 TBS butter
Juice from half fresh lemon
3 Cloves Garlic chopped or crushed
1# Asparagus stalks
1/3 cup Parmesean Cheese
Preparation
Cook Bacon in microwave until crisp. Crumble. Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet. Saute garlic two minutes. Add lemon juice and asparagus and saute until cooked about 10 minutes. Add bacon and cheese and continue to cook until cheese starts to melt. Serve.
