Ingredients

Dandelion greens (soaked to remove dirt and grit)

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

3 T. finely chopped salt cod (also called bacalao, and available in the seafood section of your grocery store)

1/4 c. olive oil

2 T. apple cider vinegar

red pepper flakes to taste

Preparation

In the olive oil, saute the garlic until golden. Add chopped salt cod and dandelions. Cook the dandelions until they wilt. Remove from heat, stir in vinegar and add pepper flakes to taste.
