Ingredients
1/2 lb spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
Preparation
Clean and spin dry spinach leaving some drops of water on leaves. Heat oil in large pot or dutch oven on medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add spinach to pot*. Put on lid and cook for two minutes. Remove lid. Add salt. Keep tossing until wilted. Add butter and season further if needed.
